Virtual Implementation & Training Specialist
Who You Are:
The Virtual Implementation & Training Specialist is responsible for supporting a successful customer onboarding and adoption experience. This role partners with clients to implement and configure solutions that align with their business needs, provides virtual training and guidance, and supports effective use of Autosoft’s software. By building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor, the Virtual Implementation & Training Specialist helps customers navigate implementation, develop confidence in the platform, and achieve long-term success. The role focuses on enabling customer readiness, driving product adoption, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
What You Will Do:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of Autosoft products and services, becoming the go-to accounting expert for clients and internal teams
Responsible for software setups, configuration, remote customer training, maintaining monthly financial statements, accounting payable/receivable principles, payroll setups, and posting accounting figures and financial records.
Ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully.
Build rapport and meaningful relationships with customers,
Provide world-class customer service to every customer, every time.
Empower our customers by being proactive in outreach and encouraging customers to build confidence in their own ability to customize the platform to best fits their business needs.
Deliver confident remote training sessions that both educate and enable new users.
Manage time-sensitive, high-pressure queries with confidence, providing a timely resolution.
Drive improvement in current onboarding processes and practices.
Continued Growth of knowledge of both the product and the automotive industry
Collect product feedback from customers and share it with the relevant teams.

What You Will Bring:
Required Skills:

Extensive accounting experience working within a dealership.
Accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality client support.
Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including availability for evening and weekend sessions as needed.
Strong organizational and communications skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with a passion for client success, consistently delivering outstanding service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Proactive and solution-driven, with a willingness to tackle client challenges head-on.
Strong technical acumen with a background in using technology to drive solutions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs including Teams, Excel, Word, and other essential tools.
Valid driver’s license for any possible onsite training sessions.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-haves):
Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
2 years of experience using Salesforce to manage client interactions and data
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to draw insights from client data to improve outcomes.
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience
Proven Dealership Accounting experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
