We are seeking a finance leader to partner closely with the CFO in leading the company’s FP&A function and strengthening how customer, vendor, and partner agreements translate into financial performance.
This role will lead the FP&A function through an existing team, strengthening planning, forecasting, and performance insights, while also building the frameworks and processes needed to ensure customer, vendor, and partner agreements translate cleanly into revenue, cost, compliance, and financial reporting outcomes.
Working cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, this leader will connect how agreements are structured to how the business performs—improving visibility, reducing risk, and enabling more accurate, actionable decision-making.

Build and implement frameworks and guardrails for vendor, partner, and third-party agreements in conjunction with the CFO, CEO, and general counsel.
Ensure agreements align with financial outcomes including revenue recognition, cost structure, and forecasting
Identify gaps between how agreements are structured and how they are operationalized, and drive alignment
Ensure customer contracts align with pricing and financial guidelines to support accurate billing, reporting, and forecasting
Oversee alignment between contracts and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
Cross-Functional Execution
Partner with Legal to translate contractual requirements into practical business processes
Work with Product and Engineering to ensure agreements align with system capabilities and workflows
Partner with Sales and Operations to reinforce consistency and discipline in deal and partner structures
Risk & Compliance
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to agreements and integrations
Improve visibility into risks impacting revenue, cost, and compliance
What You Will Bring:
10+ years in finance with strong FP&A experience, including forecasting, planning, and performance analysis
Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments preferred
Demonstrated ability to build processes and operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams
Ability to translate contract terms and legal requirements into operational processes and financial outcomes
Experience improving data flow and consistency across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sage or similar ERP/billing systems, and FP&A tools such as Planful), ensuring alignment between operational data, billing, and financial reporting
Familiarity with risk management and compliance considerations in a commercial or contract-driven environment
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to connect operational decisions to financial outcomes
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
Capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds as needed.
